*Note: Due to a large volume of orders, our stock has been exceeded and all orders are now shipped from outside the US.
Shipping Information
Due to a high volume of orders, some items may be shipped from our international fulfillment centers. We are committed to providing reliable shipping options and delivering orders to customers worldwide.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to verification, quality control, and packaging before shipment. Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our fulfillment center within 72 business hours of purchase.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to increased order volumes or logistical constraints.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer free shipping on all orders.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS.
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped or entered production. If your cancellation request is approved at this stage, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Returns
We accept returns by mail. Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, and in resalable condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all components included.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
- The item must be shipped to the return facility address confirmed by our customer support team.
Important Hygiene Notice
For health protection and hygiene reasons, products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund, unless they are defective.
Products returned outside the return window or not in original condition may be rejected.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers will be charged shipping costs only once at most, including returns.
- Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee will be charged for approved returns.

Return Process
To ensure timely processing:
- Contact us at contact@syngasfuelsave.com to request a return.
- Wait for confirmation of the return facility address.
- Ship the item and provide us with the tracking number.
Please note: returns sent without prior confirmation may be refused.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your request.
Approved returns will be processed within 30 days of receipt at our returns facility.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you may choose:
- A refund to your original payment method, or
- An exchange for the same item (subject to availability)
Refund Processing Times
- Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds may take up to 45 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds will be issued to the original bank account within 48 hours of approval, once the necessary bank details have been received.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency used for the original purchase. Any differences caused by exchange rate fluctuations are non-refundable.
